FluentTweaker is a tool for cleaning and optimizing Windows 11. The project is designed as a mini-utility for “de-slopping”: it displays a list of built-in features, services, telemetry, advertising, AI elements (including Copilot and Recall), pre-installed apps, and other associated Windows 11 components.
