EF Commander is a multifunctional file manager. Featuring a classic two-panel interface with tabs, it lets you manage files and directories, rename multiple files at once, view images, burn CDs/DVDs, and work with a variety of archive formats, including ZIP, 7-ZIP, RAR, SFX, TGZ, and more.
The built-in multimedia player lets you watch videos and listen to music (WAV, WMA, FLAC, MP3, OGG). You can use IrfanView and XnView as add-ons for EF Commander.
There is also an FTP client, text and HEX editor. The application supports multithreading, allowing you to perform several operations with files simultaneously, can split and merge files, check the checksum, synchronize directories, and manage files on mobile devices running on the Windows CE platform. There is support for plugins.
